  • When will I receive my art?

    Since we do not mass produce the canvas or murals, rather each is made to order, the typical lead time is four weeks. If you need the art by a certain date we can expedite your order for 15% upcharge.

  • What kind of packaging will my art arrive in?

    All art is carefully packaged in very large, dense corrugated with foam corner inserts to prevent damage during transit. Estimate weight is about 35 lbs. but will vary depending on canvas size. I ship exclusively with Custom Company. Murals arrive rolled up in large corrugated shippers.

  • How do I know my art has shipped?

    When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number and a phone contact of the freight company.

  • Can the delivery company leave the art/murals on my doorstep?

    No, someone must be present to receive shipments and sign-off on the bill of lading when the art is delivered. You will be notified by e-mail the day the art is arriving along with the contact number for the carrier, Custom Company.

    Note:: Delivery estimates do not include weekends. Orders are shipped only Monday-Friday. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, internationally or to Hawaii.

    If you cannot be present at time of delivery, you can request delivery to our store and make arrangements to pick up during store hours.

  • What if my art is damaged in shipping?

    If the packaging arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery. Ask the carrier to ship it bac after you take a photo of the damage packaging. Email us asap Cschulzdes@Yahoo.com

    In the unlikely event that the canvas itself arrives damaged [despite the packaging arriving intact] Take a photo of the damage and email Cschulzdes@Yahoo.com We will try to get a replacement to you as soon as possible and do whatever it takes to make it right.
