You can email your revision request to Please note that we do not take revisions over the phone. We must have a written request through email. Also, a 20% fee will be charged for all items that are revised after the cancel date stated on the acknowledgement.

    An order that has already been released to production cannot be placed on hold. If the order is asked to be placed on hold and there is no confirmation about the order before the cancel date stated on the acknowledgement, the order will be automatically closed.
    If an order is ready to ship but the ship date needs to be extended, we will need notification via email. An order can only be held up to 10 business days after the original ship date specified on the acknowledgment. After 10 days, a $50 storage fee will apply per palette [up to 4 boxes] which will incur on a monthly basis going forward.

    We want you to absolutely LOVE your new painting, so we take extra care to show you paintings in the studio with frames, texture options and overall quality, prior to placing your order with us. This return policy was put in place to discourage people who purchased these large paintings with the intention to stage an event or market an open house and later return them. Sadly, this has happened.

    Putting that aside, if you are not satisfied with your painting for any reason, you have 3 business days after your delivery date to return the art to our store: Design Haus 1539 North Main Street, Walnut Creek. Store Hours: M-F 10 am — 6pm and Sat 11-4pm.

    Terms for a return:

    The art must be returned with the original packaging and in “like new” condition.

    A handling/shipping fee of 25% applies, plus the cost of the original shipping charge. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a check within 5 business days.

    Refused shipments are subject to a 35% handling fee.
